Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the wedding?

The wedding will be at Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch 49-560 Kamehameha Hwy Kaneohe Hawaii, 96744. The ceremony and reception are at the same venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find your seat and settle in before we say “I do!”

What’s the weather typically like in Hawaii in April?

April in Hawaii is one of the most beautiful times of year—warm, breezy, and generally sunny, with daytime temps in the high 70s to low 80s.

Our events will be held partially outdoors, so we recommend light, breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes suitable for grass or sand. A light layer or wrap for the evening is a good idea, just in case it cools down. And don’t forget your sunscreen and shades for daytime events!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If you received a plus-one, their name will appear on your RSVP.

Are kids invited?

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

What’s the dress code?

The wedding is a formal dress code, long dresses for the women and suits for men. Keep in mind it will likely be hot in Hawaii. The ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend choosing footwear that's lawn-friendly. Oʻahu’s weather is typically warm and humid, so dress comfortably while keeping it wedding-chic!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch, 49-560 Kamehameha Hwy Kaneohe Hawaii, 96744. See the Schedule page for full details and timing.

Is there parking available?

Plenty of parking available onsite at the wedding venue

Will there be meal options for dietary restrictions?

Yes! Please let us know your dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Will transportation be provided between venues or hotels?

Yes! A shuttle will run between the hotel (Turtle Bay and Courtyard North Shore) and the venue. More info will be provided closer to the date.

Is the ceremony or reception outdoors?

Yes, the venue is outdoors. The ceremony and reception will take place on turf but the rest of the venue is grass. Ladies, keep this in mind for your shoe selection.
